Spags



Lately lunch has been all about pasta and clean eating. To clean eat is to enjoy whole and natural foods, and I now relish in foods I have previously never appreciated, like bell peppers. Did you know that bell peppers, also known as capsicums, helps keep your skin clear due to its antioxidant properties and actually increases your metabolism? I have a penchant for spaghetti served in Aglio Olio style - simply pan fry the sliced mushrooms and toss together with diced capsicums and olive oil, it's incredibly easy to serve and to swab down after. It's perfect for lazy bugs like me! x
