Hola! On the 9th of August we had a simple celebration with red and white and we delved through the white walled forest of an old estate. Raspberries have always been my favourite, and even though the tarts we had here were muchly (a lexicon I've recently learnt that's British colloquial) simpler than the intricate pastry back in the South, it is still of my belief that raspberries make a person merry. X
